1 lb of ground turkey
1 can of corn
1 jar of picante sauce
1 box of Jiffy corn bread mix
Brown the turkey
Add a drained can of corn, the jar of sauce and mix
Pour into casserole dish and topped with prepared corn bread batter
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until browned
